1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using citk ("the Service"), you agree tobe bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
citk is a change-intelligence and notification hub for IToperations. The Service provides tools for managing organizational changes, announcements, post-implementation verification, and related workflows.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation,is owned by citk and protected by intellectual property laws. TheseTerms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
6. User Content & Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
7. Payment Terms
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
8. Service Availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, citk shall not be liable forany indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold citk harmless from any claims,damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good- faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. These Termsare governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which citk isincorporated.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
